Business owners, employees and other various professionals are often looking for feedback and performance guidance with regard to themselves, colleagues and teams they manage. Involves understanding these systems on a comprehensive level, assessing need and creating interventions at all levels of professionals tiers. The application of psychology and organizational psychology is used to create a more positive and productive work culture. Encourages more interpersonal effectiveness, creating conditions of high satisfaction, motivation and productivity in the work place. Empowers clients and leaders to become more effective and more resilient in any particular professional environment.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations and rescheduling should also be requested 48 hours in advance.
